I was blessed to be born and raised in a Christian home. As far back as I can remember we went to church. However, it was in a small children’s worship service that I first encountered the Lord when I was eight years old. I am so thankful my Children’s Pastor gave me the opprotunity to meet Jesus that morning. I guess it was because of that moment that I am so passionate about giving children the opportunity to encounter Him in a similar way. Like any average teenager I went through my rebel stage. My parents divorce really sent my world spinning around. However, as I look back even though I was so angry at God, He never left my side. It was during my freshman year at Anderson University that I rededicated my life to Him. After meeting my husband Nate, I was challenged to think about my faith in ways I had never been before. What an amazing ride it has been! As our family motto says, I am living for an audience of One!
